Prof. Dr. Adem Dervişoğlu is a Professor of General Surgery with over 36 years of surgical experience. He has extensive experience in the surgical treatment of digestive system cancers, particularly colon cancer, pancreatic cancer, and stomach cancer, as well as in the field of proctology. His areas of practice also include the surgical treatment of diseases affecting the pancreas, liver, bile ducts, and other parts of the digestive system.
With experience in more than 10,000 surgical operations, Prof. Dr. Adem Dervişoğlu evaluates surgical treatment options for various digestive system cancers, particularly colon, rectal, and stomach cancers, based on the characteristics of the disease and the patient’s overall health condition.
In addition to colon and stomach cancers, he performs surgical procedures for diseases of the pancreas, liver, gallbladder, bile ducts, colon, and rectum, using open, laparoscopic, and robotic surgical techniques in suitable patients.
The surgical treatment of proctological conditions is also among his areas of practice. Prof. Dr. Adem Dervişoğlu is a Professor of General Surgery with many years of academic and surgical experience. He continues his work particularly in the fields of oncological surgery and complex general surgery, focusing on surgical conditions involving the stomach, colon, and rectum, as well as the pancreas, liver, and bile ducts.

Academic Studies
Throughout his academic career, Prof. Dr. Adem Dervişoğlu has served as a faculty member in the Departments of General Surgery at various universities and has conducted academic research in the field of general surgery. He successfully passed the associate professorship examination in 2005 and continued his academic career as a Professor of General Surgery.
Our Treatments
Pancreatic Surgery
Surgical treatment is provided for pancreatic cancer, pancreatic tumors, pancreatic cysts, and other pancreatic diseases. Depending on the type and stage of the disease, procedures such as the Whipple procedure, distal pancreatectomy, and other pancreatic surgery techniques are performed.
Liver Surgery
Surgical techniques are used to treat liver tumors, liver metastases, cysts, and other liver conditions requiring surgery. Depending on the patient’s condition, open or laparoscopic liver surgery may be performed.
